My Story
My love for cooking started as soon as I was old enough to reach the kitchen counter. I spent hours cooking and farming with my grandmother, and as I grew, I found that I was more interested in baking - especially cakes!
That curiosity led me to CSCA in Cambridge, MA, where I fell in LOVE with every part of the process - from mise en place (one of my favorite phrases) to breads, custards, cheesecakes, cakes, croissants, pies, tarts and more.

After working in bakeries & restaurants with different styles and paces, I decided it was time to take everything I've learned and create something of my own. I specialize in crafting vintage, elegant, classy, chic (you name it) and retro-themed cakes.
Each creation is crafted using only the freshest ingredients.
